Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-Term cross-border Electricity Market
Subject of Settlement, which would like to become a participant of the Short-term cross-border electricity market has to have valid and effective the Agreement on Settlement of imbalances and the Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-term cross-border Electricity Market. The scope of this Agreement shall be allowing access and stipulating conditions for participation in the organized short-term cross-border electricity market.

Attachments to the Agreement on the Access to and the Conditions for Participation in the Organized Short-Term cross-border Electricity Market
Applicant for the contract is obliged to fill in necessary information to Attachment No. It is also required to attach necessary documents as Attachments No. 3 and 4 - Valid document relating to Electricity Consumption Tax and copy of Mandate for SEPA inkaso (original must be delivered separately).

SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate
SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit is obliged to set up in order to settle concluded transactions in electricity on the organized short-term cross-border electricity market consent with collection rights in favour of OKTE bank account.

Payment guarantee - form (sample)
Based on the signed Contract on the access to and conditions of participation in the organized day-ahead market are the liabilities of the applicant to OKTE, a.s., covered by bankers guarantee. The bank accepts irrevocable guarantee to OKTE, a.s., for the market participant and thus is bound to pay OKTE, a.s., any sum or sums up to maximum guarantee without any objections when the first written notice is received.
